"There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful our family is for Lucille. What started as a routine eye exam at LensCrafters in Stockton became one of the biggest blessings of our lives. Lucille came in as a first-time patient, and from the moment we met, her kindness and genuine personality made me feel like I had known her forever. During her appointment, she mentioned she was a realtor. I found myself opening up about our dream of buying a home, raising our family of five kids in a three-bedroom duplex, and hoping one day we'd have a place to truly call our own. She encouraged me to reach out when we were ready, and looking back, I truly believe God put us in each other's path for a reason. A couple of weeks later, I finally called her (yes, I'm a procrastinator! 😂), and that's when our journey began. She introduced us to Alvin, who is hands down one of the best loan officers around. Together, they became the dream team. Buying a home was anything but easy. We lost our first offer while waiting for our 401(k) funds to clear. We lost our second offer because another buyer had a stronger loan. By the time we found the third house, my husband was exhausted and frustrated. She negotiated credits that helped us with our down payment and repairs, making what seemed impossible become possible. Then, right before closing, another issue came up that threatened to delay everything. Between working full-time, raising five kids, and keeping up with everyday life, I didn't have hours to spend on the phone. Lucille got on three-way calls with me, spoke with representatives on my behalf (with my permission), and stayed with me until we had everything underwriting needed.
